This was the first chase day out in the plains, as Scott Blair, Kevin Sharfenberg, and I headed towards Nebraska on this day. We saw a a supercell developing near Brady, and we quickly got into position to watch a beautiful wall cloud develop.1. After having to move to a different position for better contrast, we encountered large and numerous mammatus directly overhead while we were stopped at a gas station.2. Nearing Holdrege, NE., we encounter our wall cloud once again, being outflow dominated at this time.3.
