My second high-risk day since I've been chasing and my second high-risk bust. Not too good of a record, huh? Basically, Scott Blair and I set up in southwest Kansas and waited for a tornado outbreak to begin taking shape. However, the expected initiation time kept being delayed, and by the time cells began to fire, everything lined out quickly. However, we did see an interesting lowering at approximately the same time and place that someone reported a tornado near Rolla, Oklahoma.1. However, the best part of the mini chase-vacation came the next morning when we were on our way home. We saw a beautiful sunrise 2. as the moon was setting.3.
